Agnieszka is the protagonist of the novel ‘Uprooted’. She is a young, brave girl who lives in a village threatened by a corrupted, enchanted forest. When she is unexpectedly chosen to be sent to the aloof wizard known as the Dragon, she discovers her own magical abilities, and realizes she is the only one who can confront the Wood and save her village. Throughout the story, Agnieszka undergoes a journey of self-discovery, unlocking her innate magic, uncovering the mysteries of the Wood, and finding the courage to protect her home and loved ones.
