Raising Caine

In the third installment of Charles E. Gannon’s Caine Riordan series, diplomatic specialist Caine is on a mission to the farthest reaches of known space. The mission is to investigate possible extraterrestrial civilizations. However, he’s captured, and the stage is set for an interstellar war. Caine must negotiate not only for his life but also for the lives of Earth’s vast population, in a complex ballet of diplomacy and intrigue.
