Boneshaker is a tale of survival amidst a zombie-infected Civil War-era Seattle. Inventor Leviticus Blue creates a machine capable of drilling through Alaska’s ice to reach the gold. Unfortunately, it inadvertently releases a toxic gas that turns people into the living dead. The city is walled off to contain the infestation. Leviticus’s widow, Briar, and their teenage son, Zeke, must navigate the ruinous city in search of the truth behind Blue’s machine and the origins of the gas.
